Helen Foundation Awards - December 2019

Emilia James -  Gatehouse Primary Academy, Dawlish

Late last term, Emilia James was presented with The Helen Foundation Award at Gatehouse Primary Academy, Dawlish. The school's citation reads:

"Gatehouse Primary Academy were delighted to announce this year's winner of the Helen Foundation Award. Over the course of the last academic year, Emilia has simply shone across all aspects of our creative curriculum.  This was epitomised by her role in the Year 6 production where she played a lead role, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats throughout and creating memories for all to reminisce over for years to come.

Her efforts will have no doubt inspired the younger children within the school and she is certainly the most deserved recipient of the prestigious Helen Foundation Award for 2019. Congratulations Emilia and please continue to raise the smiles of the future audiences you step in front of.'"

Really well deserved Emilia!
