ARTS JOYFULNESS RETURNS TO CLASSROOMS

THF's 2021 was memorable for many reasons. Lockdowns greatly affected the first half of the year but the summer term saw an explosion of workshops across Teignbridge as schools seized their opportunities to use their THF arts workshop to invite in professional artists who brought creativity, excitement and the joy of the arts back into children's lives.

THF40for40 SMASHES TARGET

2021 was also a celebration of Helen's 40th birthday and THF launched its most ambitious ever fund-raising campaign called THF40for40. The aim was to raise £40,000 to establish a special THF Arts Recovery Fund to help schools recover from the ravages of coronavirus and its effects on schools' arts programmes. THF annual subsidies were doubled providing access to £1000 for primary schools and £2000 to secondary and special schools. And thanks to a fantastic response from THF supporters - THF HAS RAISED OVER £50,000!

THF40for40 runs until New Year's Eve and the extra funding has already made differences in schools across the district.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS POSSIBLE!
