REUBEN AT KENTON PRIMARY SCHOOL
Kenton's citation reads:
"We are delighted to give The Helen Foundation award to Reuben this year!
He is a very talented musician, who plays violin, piano and guitar. When Reuben had Covid, he played for an average of 4 hours a day and enjoyed composing some of his own work. Reuben accompanied our school choir for the first time in the first Ivy Trust concert, based in Teignmouth Community School, from which he received high praise from so many.
"He is our resident musician in assemblies and has built up quite a following with the younger children in school! He is already embracing his Arts Leader responsibility in school, and we look forward to seeing what lies ahead for Reuben in this academic year.
We are so grateful to The Helen Foundation for inspiring and recognising arts talent in our school."
