Seaside Rendezvous screenings raise funds for THF

The Rotary Club of Teignmouth  came up with the brilliant idea of showing the BBC film of the famous A Seaside Rendezvous homecoming gig performed by the world-famous rock-band, (and THF Honorary Patrons) MUSE,  that took place on the Den,Teignmouth in September 2009.

The BBC insisted that all tickets had to be free, so money was collected through donations from audience members, sales of A Seaside Rendezvous memorabilia, refreshments and sponsorship by local businesses.

The Rotary club approached THF to offer to share all the profits made between THF and Rotary charities and the result was £1450 raised for The Helen Foundation.

Thank you so much Rotary for all your enterprise and hard work!
